An online workshop designed to help non-stop doers
and caretakers live better, richer, healthier lives.
It’s never the right time to do your thing, and the needs of the many almost always outweigh yours.
You’re caring for your family and friends and running on low.
Whether by circumstance, choice, or both, you’re the person who people depend on to
get things done and done right.
You’re becoming increasingly resentful and disappointed and it’s affecting your relationships
and the quality of your life.
Every little thing seems to bother you and your patience is falling short.
As you lay in bed at night, you look back at your day and wonder . . . “Why did I have to snap at the kids? They were just being kids.”
Life’s hectic. Your parents are aging and they need more attention and care. The kids are always going through one transition or another and you want to be there for them and support them.
You’re working long hours in a job that’s lost its luster. If you only had the time
and energy to rethink this job thing.
Other people appear to have their act together. They’ve figured out what they want and they’re doing a fine job going for it . You can’t help but feeling a tinge of envy.
The stress is taking its toll. You’re tired and have trouble breathing sometimes. There’s this yoga class you’ve wanted to take for a while now but something always gets in the way.
You don’t remember the last time you read a good book.
Sometimes you think . . . “I may as well accept what is and forget my “silly” ideas of going back to school, looking for a better job, starting that business I’ve been dreaming about, or taking that trip to ________”
Then again . . . does it have to be this way?
I don’t think it does. I believe it’s vital that you keep the thread to your dreams and desires
alive and pulsing.
Whether you do something big or small about it, it doesn’t matter. All it matters is keeping your dreams alive. Your dreams and everything you’re passionate about, define you.
So does giving up on them.
What is in the forefront of your mind these days? What’s keeping you up at night?
If you feel distracted, uninspired, exhausted and you want to do something about it, let’s talk.
If you feel burnt out and overwhelmed, you won’t be much good to anyone else either.
You are capable of making the choices that contribute to your personal fulfillment, balance and well-being.
